ZFY Series Hardened Tooth Surface Cylindrical Gear Reducer
1. Features
1.1 Gears are made of high-strength low-carbon alloy steel by carburizing and quenching. The tooth surface hardness reaches HRC 58–62. All gears are precision ground, featuring high accuracy and good contact performance.

2. Application Scope
ZFY hardened tooth surface cylindrical gear reducers are suitable for transmission of mechanical equipment in metallurgy, mining, conveying, cement, construction, chemical, textile, light industry, energy and other industries.
- Max speed of high-speed shaft: ≤1500 r/min
- Gear peripheral speed: ＞20 m/s
- Ambient operating temperature: -40℃ ~ 45℃. If the temperature is below 0℃, the lubricating oil must be preheated above 0℃ before startup. If the ambient temperature exceeds 45℃, heat insulation and cooling measures shall be adopted.
