On the premise of ensuring precise transmission, it is mainly used to reduce speed, increase torque and reduce the inertia ratio between load and motor.

Widely used in transmission systems of servo motors, stepper motors, DC motors, etc. It is applicable to industrial scenarios including metallurgy, mining, hoisting & conveying, electric power, energy, building materials, light industry and transportation. Operating Requirements

1. The minimum reduction ratio for single-stage reduction is 3, and the maximum is generally no more than 10. Common ratios: 3/4/5/6/8/10. The number of stages usually does not exceed 3; custom reducers for extra-large ratios may adopt 4-stage reduction.

2. The peripheral speed of gear transmission shall not exceed 10 m/s.

3. The rated maximum input speed of planetary reducers can reach 18000 rpm (related to frame size; larger reducers have lower rated input speed).

4. Normal operating temperature: approx. -25℃ ~ 100℃ (Note: The operating temperature range can be adjusted by changing the grease type).
