It can replace the widely used external drive assembly of motor plus reducer to form belt conveyors. It conveys bulk materials including coal, ore, sand, cement and flour, as well as packaged items such as gunny sacks and equipment. It is suitable for working sites with heavy dust, humidity and mud. Custom requirements for backstop, braking and rubber lagging are available.

Cycloidal pin gear drive motorized pulleys can achieve very low linear speed while delivering high power.

Fixed-axis gear drive is the most common reduction structure for motorized pulleys. More than 95% of such gear drives adopt fixed-axis involute cylindrical gear structure. It features simple structure, reliable performance, easy manufacturing and convenient installation & maintenance, along with high efficiency and low noise. Two-stage reduction is commonly adopted, and three-stage reduction is used for a small number of models.
